
Shipping FAQ
Q1: How long will it take to ship in-stock items?
A1: In-stock items will be shipped within five business days after order confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).

During holidays or special periods, shipping may be slightly delayed.

Pre-order items will be shipped according to the date we notify you.
Q2: What areas do you deliver to?
A2: Currently, we only provide delivery service to Taiwan main island. Delivery to outer islands or internationally is not available at this time.
Q3: How is shipping cost calculated?
A3: Free shipping for orders over 2000 TWD; for orders below 2000 TWD, a shipping fee of 100 TWD applies.

Q4: How can I track my order?
A4: Please add our official LINE account. After shipment, we will provide the tracking number via LINE so you can check the delivery status anytime.
Q5: What should I check when receiving the product?
A5: Please inspect the package and product upon delivery. If there is damage or defect, refuse the package and contact customer service immediately.
Q6: What should I do if there is a problem with the product?
A6: If the product is defective or incorrect, please contact us within three days of receiving the item. We will assist with returns or exchanges. Late requests will not be accepted.
Q7: Can I request a specific delivery time or special packaging?
A7: You can leave a note in the order remarks. We will try to accommodate, but cannot guarantee all requests can be fulfilled.
Q8: What if there are natural disasters or shipping delays?
A8: In case of force majeure causing delivery delays, we will notify you as soon as possible and assist in resolving the situation. Please be patient.
